JJ: Hi Karlie. It's an amazing opportunity to feature you. You're someone whose work I've admired for a while.
How did you get into the adult industry?
Karlie: I was working as a hairdresser and on a low wage and my family were moving abroad so I needed to make some money quickly and a friend had contacts in the industry so one thing led to another.... I didn't think it would take off the way that it did! Was a complete life style change for me! But I always knew I wasn't a conformist and wanted to live a bit differently outside the norm!! I was adventurous at heart and it takes a lot to satisfy me!
JJ: Well you've certainly found your niche. You are someone who loves their work and it certainly comes across.
What's the best thing about the industry?
Karlie: You get to travel a lot and meet different people all the time! There's never a dull moment! And I love getting glammed up for a scene!
JJ: The people I've met since I started interviewing people has been amazing so I can only imagine how many amazing people you've met.
What's the worst thing about the industry?
Karlie: The industry does attract dark characters and sometimes performers can be exploited or led astray/ripped off...you have to become very wise and savvy to see the snakes through the grass! But that comes with experience over time.
JJ: I find the industry generally comes together and highlights the dodgy people which is an amazing thing. Hopefully the dodgy people will keep getting found out and then leaving the industry.
What's the funniest thing to happen to you whilst working?
Karlie: Probably a few weeks back I was shooting in Spain in a film in which Mark Rose (another performer) and I had to be a couple that were on holiday and having lots of arguments we just kept cracking up laughing and coming out with daft stuff when we had to improvise an argument it was one of those things that you had to be there to understand how funny it was! I think the directors had to edit a lot of what we said out! Customers of the hotel we were in were watching and laughing as well!!
JJ: I can imagine that was a proper laugh. You should enjoy the scenes you do.
What are you doing now work wise at the moment?
Karlie: The occasional shoot and I do a bit of work for my friend who has a record company

JJ: What's the best thing about sex?
Karlie: The rush of chemicals inside your body when you orgasm! And the build up to it! The Foreplay! The pre amble or when you know your going to be doing it and you get that tingly feeling inside with excitement!
JJ: I love that answer. Every single person reading this understands exactly what you mean.
What really turns you on?
Karlie: Depends on my mood/feeling sometimes rough and hard or soft and passionate style depends on the person I'm doing it with and the relationship with that person different people work different magic for me
JJ: My favourite question now, what's your favourite film?
Karlie: Couldn't say specific film because there are so many good ones!! But I do love a Quentin Tarantino film!
JJ: Ooooh good choice. I've not watched a Tarantino film I haven't loved.
What's your favourite holiday destination?
Karlie: Love the Middle East, Dubai is my fav!
JJ: Dubai is spectacular. I've only been once but it was incredible.
What's been the biggest achievement in life or work?
Karlie: Various achievements in business outside of the industry but in the Porn world it must be winning an award for best new starlet a few years back!
JJ: A well deserved award I have to say. Your work has been top level from the very beginning.
What's been the biggest thing you've had to overcome?
Karlie: My god had all kinds of obstacles in my life regarding various things that have been challenging I guess I must keep them personal.
JJ: Some things are good to keep to yourself but it's good to see you overcame those challenges to become successful.
What's the best thing a fan has done for you?
Karlie: I've been given some beautiful jewellery and handbags/purses before by some lovely and kind fans.
JJ: What's one bit of advice you'd give to someone getting into the industry?
Karlie: Make sure you think it through thoroughly and carefully on how it would impact your life once you shoot it's out there for ever and beaware as with all things in life nothing is how it appears on the surface so if you go into it go into it with a clear mind and direction and with a good support network of friends/family around you.
JJ: That's spectacular advice. It's important to have people around you that you can trust and rely on.
What do you think you'll do once you leave the industry?
Karlie: Live off my investments.. hopefully marry and have children at some point my mind is open so i'll follow the path that life takes me down I'm always prepared for changes at any time!
JJ: Bring able to take on anything that comes your way is a great thing.
Finally, what's the weirdest rumour you've heard about yourself?
Karlie: Thankfully I haven't heard anything!! Unless they haven't told me!? Haha.
JJ: Haha well you're lovely so I can't imagine there's anything anyone could say about you.
