What got you into the adult industry?
Jessica: As a young lady who transitioned early in my teenage years, I worked very hard to passable and sexy. I figured I could live a stealth lifestyle, where no one would know I was transsexual. But then, I would find myself asking, “Now why would I want to keep my sexuality a secret when I worked so hard to become the woman I am?” I was around this time in my life that I began to admire pioneer TS porn vixens like; Vaniity, Vicki Ritcher and Yasmine Lee. I would see these gorgeous women gracing the covers of DVDs and website through the early part of the industry. So, naturally I wanted to become one of these women that men and women would dream and fantasies about during their most intimate moments.
This is what drew to the industry.
JJ: It's great that you had people like Vicki Richter and Yasmine Lee to look up to and aspire to achieve what they did.
What's the best thing about the industry?
Jessica: I can honestly say that TS porn has played a huge role in taking transsexualism into mainstream Hollywood, which then brings more social awareness to transgender issues the community faces. I believe that the industry made the world safer for women like myself. It was first through porn, where fans could watch sexy TS women in the privacy of their homes, behind closed doors. This, I feel made guys and girl more curious and comfortable to venture out and explore their sexuality. It’s through porn, I was able to travel anywhere I desired, and fans would want to meet me for first time experience with a TS women. All the TS porn actresses deserve a part of the credit for contributing to making being transsexual somewhat of the norm.
JJ: I think porn had such an amazing way of changing mainstream opinion even though most people wouldn't admit to that.
What's the worst thing about the industry?
Jessica: The part I would like to see improved in the industry, is having more unity among the ladies and the companies that shoot TS women. For example, there really has never been an agency that has represented TS woman, so it makes it hard for companies to find talent, or to be able to stay in contact with me. It makes booking on both sides hard. Especially if you're new to the industry. You have to wait for word of mouth or hope a producer finds a link to any of your social media accounts.
JJ: I'm sure that this won't be the case much longer as TS porn is becoming more and more sought after and that's thanks to such sexy women as yourself.
What's the funniest thing to happen whilst working?
Jessica: I have this reoccurring joke I like to play on my camera men and directors I work with. I’ll totally be in-between scenes, building up to my cum shot, when I like to yell, “OH Shit… I am about to pop!”. It gets them to jump back to filming positions in a rush… That’s when I tell them I’m totally kidding. LOL It always gets them.
Another funny moment was when I slipped on lube on the scene of a VR shoot. I came swinging on a BDSM chain hook, flying towards and almost hitting the VERY expensive camera equipment. Luckily, my tiny lady director friend caught me inches from a complete disaster.
JJ: It sounds like you are a practical joker which I'm sure keeps sets light hearted and as for Lube that's been the downfall to many people on set I'm sure haha.
What are you up to work wise at the moment?

I am so trying to work on a featured sports DVD that will have me playing all of my favorite sports and having a lot of sweaty locker room sex.
Among other things going on in my life, I am also a full-time student. I try to balance school and porn to the best of my ability, which I think I am doing a pretty good job at.

What's been your biggest achievement in life or work?
Jessica: Just becoming a familiar name in our industry and always being asked to come back and working with all the amazing people in the industry. Especially the SMC label, which my site is affiliated with.
JJ: I think if you can become a familiar name in the industry then you've certainly accomplished something. It's the hardest thing in the world to become a recognised name
What's the most challenging thing you've overcome?
Jessica: Just fighting the stereotype that just because your trans, means you grow up a rough life. I would say the exact opposite about my life. I was blessed with a wonderful childhood, with all the support from my family and friends. Being transgendered is culturally acceptable among Navajo American Indian. This made my transition into the lady I am today an amazing journey with lots of love and life experiences I cherish. It has made me a confident and successful woman so far in my life.
JJ: It sounds like you are lucky to have had such an amazing time during your youth and transistion which is a great thing. You no doubt lay it forward to other people I'm sure.
What's the best thing a fan has ever done?
Jessica: Oh my, this one is a tough question. I can’t give an exact answer because there are so many amazing fans out there, who have spoiled me with many things. I think the best thing a fan can EVER do is come back for more Jessica Fox.
JJ: Well who wouldn't come back for more of Jessica Fox haha.
What's one bit of advice for anyone wanting to get into the adult industry?
Jessica: The best advice I can give to one is, give it all your best and come ready to play the game. Be the best at your game. Get it girl!
JJ: That's very positive advice. Everyone can learn from your positivity.
What do you think you'll do if you leave the industry completely?
Jessica: I definitelt want to be an advocate for the transgender youth and my Native American community, especially pushing the importance of education. I want to be able to give back to all of my people, while educating others and sharing my life experiences I have to bring awareness to transgendered and Native cultural and issues.
JJ: That's an amazing thing to want to do with yourself after you leave the industry. A very selfless career path.
Finally, What's the weirdest rumour you've heard about yourself?
Jessica: I can tell you that I don’t listen to gossip nor do I want in on industry drama. However, I do find it amusing when I am listed on sites as Asian for my ethnicity. I do get mistaken all the time, but I do not mind it at all. It just makes me that more exotic, and keeps people guessing.
