Edyn Blair

Today I'm interviewing one of the sexiest, naughtiest, and most talented women I've had the pleasure of interviewing. She's the impressive Edyn Blair.

JJ: Welcome to Inside the Porn. It's a pleasure to have you with us today.

How did you get into the adult industry?

Edyn: I started modelling when I was 18 but when I got to 24 I realised that everything that paid really well was nude or implied nude so I made the decision to move across.

JJ: It's good to see that you had the business mind to move over to where the real money was. Not everyone had the confidence to do that

What's the best thing about the industry?

Edyn: The fans, I love going to the Expos. I like he interaction and seeing people coming out to support us. Without them we are nothing really.

JJ: It's always nice to see the stars appreciate their fans support like that. It keeps people grounded I think.

What's the worst thing about the industry?

Edyn: How competitive and how quickly you can fall out of favour with people. Little things can affect the work you get, too many tattoos, too old/young. There's a pressure to stay thin and not be the wrong body shape. It's a difficult world sometimes.

JJ: I think that there's something out there for everyone and regardless of the appearance that girl is going to appeal to many people.

What's the funniest thing to happen to you whilst working?

Edyn: I don't really have a specific story I've had times where I've nearly fallen into a pool or nearly fallen down stairs during shoots. I just have to say it's generally lots of fun on set.

JJ: I think the best work comes from sets which are a lot of fun. I think that's the key.

What are you up to workwise at the moment?

Edyn: At the moment I'm shooting a couple scenes per month, doing some photo shoots and fetish content for my clipstores and onlyfans page. I direct some Dom/sub stuff too. I'm a Dominatrix at heart.

JJ: It's good to keep busy and it appears looking at your clipstore and onlyfans  page you keep your fans more than happy with how busy you keep yourself.

Where can people find you online?

Edyn: You can see my behind the scene stuff on Twitter @edyn_blair and instagram @edynblair you can also sign up to my site Edynblair.com  I'm also doing a YouTube channel where I answer people's questions and you can send me the questions to edynblair@gmail.com

JJ: Well I have to say I'll be submitting a question myself for the YouTube channel. Hopefully your fans make the most of the opportunity.

What's the best thing about sex?

Edyn: The best thing about real sex is the connection and intimacy. When that person knows your body so well that they can tell  when you're gettin off just by the way you're breathing. Communication is key to make sure you're both on the same page.

JJ: What really turns you on?

Edyn: I like guys that are hairy like Wolverine. The stocky, muscular types. I used to follow bodybuilders when I was younger and they left their impression on me. Personality is very important too. I like to know I'm wanted. It's nice when people know when to be cute, playful, confident but not cocky. I like when some has real confidence and it isn't forced. There's also something sexy about being shown affection with a playful smack on the ass when your in a grocery store etc.

JJ: Sounds like you know exactly what you like. I'm not even going to mention that you described me haha.

The question everyone looks forward to... what's your favourite movie?

Edyn: I love horror movies, The Conjuring movies are great. I love anything paranormal or involving serial killers.

JJ: I'm a big horror fan but I'm more or the classic horror fan the stuff like Nightmare on Elm Street.

Where's your favourite place to go on holiday?

Edyn: I've never travelled before but I'd love to visit the catacombs in France or I'd love to go to South America to visit the ruins down there.

JJ: I think once you start travelling you'll never want to stop haha.

Tell me one thing about yourself I wouldn't know just by looking at you?

Edyn: I'm not close to my family, I moved around a lot maybe every 8 month. Also something else about me is I'm probably a little crazy I have dreams that can be totally nuts.

JJ: I think in that case I'm pretty crazy too as some of my dreams are nuts as hell.

What's your biggest achievement in life or work?

Edyn: I think surviving this long. I moved out of home when I was 18. Some of the stuff I've gone through in my life I shouldn't have but I've done more than survive.

JJ: It's a true sign of a strong person when they can go through a hard time and come through the other side not just as a survivor but has thrived.

What's the best thing a fan has ever done for you?

Edyn: I have so many generous and kind fans who do some lovely things for me. Some have written letters to me sayin I've inspired them in some way, I've had people but me things that are personal to me like one fan sent me rock climbing gear which I loved. I love to do rock climbing. I get close to some of my fans too though. One of my fans is going through a weight loss journey and he sends me a pic every week which I love as I help him stay on track.

JJ: It sounds like you have a real connection with your fans which is something more people should do. You must be proud to have such a connection to them.

What's one piece of advice you'd give to someone just getting into the industry?

Edyn: You're not going to make the money you expect to make. Make sure you're safe, make sure you realise the amount of testing you need to do and the costs associated with it. Learn to do your makeup as you won't always have a make up artist. Make sure you stand up for yourself and remember if you have an agent they work for you not the other way around.

JJ: That's fantastic advice. If people follow that advice they'll be starting off with a head start in the industry.

Finally, what do you think you'll do after you leave the industry?

Edyn: I'll probably be a mechanic. I worked in an auto body workshop for a year but I'm allergic to the polish wax they used so I had to drop out. I love cars so much. I do a lot of charity shows in Utah which help out an animal shelter. We raised over $1000 and 6000lbs of animal food was donated. It was a great success.

JJ: Thank you so much for being with me today. It's been an absolute pleasure. You're someone I'm looking forward to seeing a lot more from.
